Product/Part Reengineering
Product Design
Based on your specifications, we handle the design phase while already incorporating the processes that will generate it.
We start with the functional aspects and work our way to the physical product, without prejudging the manufacturing processes that will be defined later. To do this, we take into account mechanical, thermal, and chemical constraints, as well as applicable standards.
If necessary, we define the material and associated processes for you; we also put you in touch with potential suppliers and help you control your cost price.
Starting with a 3D scan of your part, we create a new design to provide you with a nominal 3D CAD model.
The redesign of your part can go far beyond a simple identical reconstruction by redesigning your part based on its environment and using modern processes.
We can also focus the redesign on additive manufacturing (or 3D printing).

Layout and Drafting
Based on the provision of CAD files or existing plans (which no longer comply with current standards or are not CAD-based), we can produce new plans for you that comply with the latest standards as well as your usual requirements.
Tooling Study for Assembly or Machining
Based on the part and sub-assemblies, we study assembly configurations suited to your manufacturing capabilities.
Similarly, based on the design drawing of your part and its CAD file (if available), we study the machining setup(s) required to manufacture the part.
Special Machine Design
